The role:

* Working under the direction, guidance, and supervision of the Pre-Contracts Manager (PCM)

* Role requires assisting with quantity take-off for tender preparations

* Undertake site visits to assist with tender preparations

* Issue enquiries through tender stage for materials and sub-contracts

* Complete tenders for small/medium projects under guidance of PCM

* Producing material schedules and sub-contractor BoQs for Operations Teams from successful tenders

Skills:

* Be competent in use of MS Excel and MS Word

* Have a working experience of electronic take-off from pdf drawings

* Ideally, experience 5+ years as an estimator in the civil engineering sector or construction industry
