Opus People Solutions are seeking an Accountant on a full time basis, on a 1 year fixed term contract in Rugby. In essence, this is a finance accounting role.

This could be a newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA etc.) looking for support to step-up or an experienced accountant who is looking for a change and wants to be part of a new exciting and supportive team.

This roles works on a hybrid basis and to this organisation that means 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.

Day to day, with the support of another Lead Accountant, you will be tasked with:

The annual budget setting process.
Treasury Management.
Manage and co-ordinate revenue and capital budget monitoring, including preparation of reports for Leadership Team and Committees.
Provide a proactive internal financial advisory service.
All VAT implications in respect of payments made and income received.Sound good? Now, the benefits:
