The successful Accounts Assistant will be required to be office based Monday to Friday working 9am - 5pm.
You will have good Excel skills including VLook Ups and Pivot Tables
Duties will include:
Sales Ledger
Purchase Leger
Expense Payments
Dealing with supplier queries
Cash reconciliation and allocation
Monitoring Credit Limits
Chasing outstanding invoices
Statements
Opening new accounts
