Reporting directly to the Framework Director and as a member of the Framework Senior Management Team (SMT), this role is accountable for the safe and efficient integration of EHV assets into operational infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and mentoring technical staff to elevate EHV competence levels within the organisation.
Overseeing commissioning teams to ensure compliance with strict safety standards and project Available for Commercial Load (ACL) milestones.
Securing and coordinating network outages with clients to facilitate commissioning activities in line with ACL expectations.
Collaborating on developing technical solutions with other functional leads from the design and construction stages through to commissioning.This role requires an experienced EHV commissioning professional with a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering expertise within the team to support the organisation's long-term goals
