Transport Coordinator- North Aberdeen
The Role
As Transport Coordinator you will support the transport function of the business, with the co-ordination of import & export road shipments from start to finish, including quotation, ensuring that clients receive excellent customer service throughout all aspects of their enquiry. You will liaise with internal & external clients for all transport related issues and bookings.
Responsibilities
* Provide competitive pricing and transport solutions to clients that meet their needs.
* Ensuring that awarded jobs and processed and followed through to completion.
* Provide proactive updates to clients, resolving any issues that may arise.
* Billing clients as per working SOPs.
* Producing and completing all necessary paperwork, such as pre-alerts, CMRs.
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of transport service.
* Ensure job files are processed and completed within the TMS.
* Load planning for both domestic and international trailers.

* European and Domestic Road Freight Experience.

Salary- £30-35K
