Overall Job Purpose:

To ensure timely and accurate reporting of management accounts. Provide key analysis and insight to the wider business stakeholders.

Key Duties:

• Group monthly reporting

• Preparation of consolidated profit and loss

• Reconciliation of inter company trading accounts

• Month end accruals and review of overheads

• Preparation of Departmental management accounts.

• Daily Sales Reporting

• Assistance in annual budget

• VAT Returns and associated tasks

• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register

• Control Account Reconciliations

• Government Statistics,

• Bonus Reconciliation

• Analysis of Samples issued

• Internet Banking authorisation

• Liaise with auditors

• Ad hoc requests
