We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Graduate Tutors to join our team and make a positive impact on our students' learning journeys.

The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Tutors to support two key groups of students:

Catch-Up Students: Those who need additional help to reach their academic potential.
Advanced Students: Those who require extra stimulation to push their boundaries and achieve even higher standards.As a Graduate Tutor, you will work across a range of subject specialisms in a secondary school setting, supporting students aged 11-18.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored tutoring sessions to meet individual student needs.
Support students in both one-on-one and small group settings.
Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to improve academic performance.
Track and report on student progress.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff to identify students needing additional support or challenge.
