Robert Half are partnering with a leading service business based in Leeds to recruit a Finance Manager to join their growing organisation.

What You'll Do:

• Management Accounts with associated insight and analysis
• Team Management
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Balance sheet management and cash flow reporting
• Maintenance of the internal finance systems, processes, and controls

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Experience in a similar Finance Manager role
• Team management experience essential
• Strong communicator with high levels of commercial acumen

What's on offer:

£60,000 - £70,000k, plus additional benefits and a hybrid work pattern
