They are currently seeking a Fulfilment Manager who enjoys solving problems, working efficiently, and making a daily impact. You will be joining a team of expert scientists, creative innovators, and sharp business minds.

As a Fulfilment Manager, you will oversee daily fulfilment operations, ensuring seamless delivery to both direct-to-consumer and retail customers. You'll take ownership of key processes, collaborate across teams, and drive efficiency to ensure every customer order exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 20+, using KPI scorecards to optimise performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Train, mentor, and review team members, serving as the first escalation point.
Improve Quality and Picking Accuracy, driving continuous improvement for top-tier service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations through audits and accurate record-keeping.
Achieve 100% On-Time In-Full delivery with no substitutions.
Lead on people, safety, and Food Safety & Health practices to uphold brand standards.
Oversee efficiency projects to boost customer service.
Foster strong partnerships with 3PLs as the main contact.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Engineering, Tech, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
Experience and Qualifications:

3 years of experience leading a large team in Production, Fulfilment, or Despatch Management.
Financial acumen to make informed business decisions.
Experience working with third-party logistics partners (3PLs).
High-energy problem solver with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive change.
Proficient in working with operational systems and using data to improve customer, operational, people, or financial performance.
Comfortable troubleshooting on the floor or extracting insights from data.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Able to motivate a team, even without formal authority.
Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and face-to-face.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
