Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to work on the largest infrastructure project on Birmingham, HS2.

Ideally you have experience on Rail, Civils, or infrastructure projects

This is a new position

You will be responsible for:

Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
Produce monthly commercial reports
Monthly financial reviews
Support Preconstrution
Cash flow forecasting
Dispute resolution
Validation of Contracts
Procurement
To agree and resolve final accounts
Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
Cost value reconciliations and the variation's procedures
Risk and opportunity management procedures
