Events Executive Online and Physical Events £32,000 - £35,000City – hybrid Our client is an established Professional Services firm who are seeking an Events Executive to join their team in London. This exciting hands on role will be working within the Communication and Corporate Affairs team, where you will take ownership of coordinating and assisting with all virtual and physical events, and be hugely involved in the successful conference held annually.  THE ROLE:

• Coordinate Events from start to finish, including online webinars and maintain an overview of all department plans
• Liaising with the Senior Brand and Digital Manager to drive relevant traffic to the company’s website
• Conduct event content, update social media and websites to promote awareness and maximise member engagement
• Carry out venue research, report on sales and manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
• Produce digital communication invitations and reminders and assess post event surveys to collate feedback
• Responsible for key metrics for sales activity with all customer events, identifying shortfalls to take corrective action

THE PERSON:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Events and/or Marketing environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  
• Flexible, organised and able to multitask with a can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail, thorough and proactive
