Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic business? We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting activities. This part-time role offers the flexibility to transition into a full-time position as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing supplier invoices efficiently and accurately.

* Preparing and processing payment runs.

* Handling expense claims and ensuring proper documentation.

* Performing weekly bank reconciliations.

* Supporting the preparation of monthly VAT returns.

* Reconciling Control Accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

Required Experience and Expertise:

* AAT qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.

* Proficiency in Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

* Familiarity with SAP Business One is a plus.

* Some experience with payroll processes is advantageous.
