Skills required for the role of Engineering Manager

* Leading, coach and inspire the engineering and maintenance team

* Assess, train and develop the existing team.

* Monitor and drive continuous improvement across the site and department

* Cover performance management, oversee absence, H&S and grievances.

* Manage the engineering and maintenance budgets

* Oversee large CAPEX projects

* Provide technical support when required
