The RoleOur client is looking for a ambitious Trainee Manager to join their site in Hetton-le-Hole. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience and grow your career within a forward-thinking company. You will receive comprehensive training across production and operational activities, building a deep understanding of site processes and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site operations and production processes.
- Develop knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
- Lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Analyse data and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency.
