Looking for a Business Development Lead, to triple growth over the next 3 years—and need someone who's up for the challenge!

What You'll Be Doing

Develop & execute bold growth strategies to expand business services to local authorities, developers, and new markets.
Drive revenue growth by attracting corporate memberships, increasing event bookings, and optimising meeting room and podcast studio usage.
Lead the application for the prestigious King's Award for Enterprise, enhancing their national brand recognition.
Champion digital innovation by commercialising the BOSS (Business Operating System for Success) toolkit and spearheading an AI consultation service for local businesses.
Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring the client remains the go-to destination for entrepreneurs, creatives, and business leaders.
What We're Looking For

A proven track record in business development and an insatiable energy to achieve.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience in digital product development, commercialisation, and AI-driven business solutions (bonus points if you love staying ahead of the curve in tech!).
