Our Client is one of Europe's leading manufacturers and international distributors of ball & roller bearings, mechanical power transmission products and motion transfer linkages.

Our Client is currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner Programmer to join their team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for Programming CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components.

Responsibilities:- Program CNC turning machines to fabricate precision parts using FANUC Systems- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements- Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy of machined parts- Assemble components using various techniques including welding- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve machining processes- Utilise CAD software for programming CNC machines- Perform tooling changes and adjustments as necessary- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met- Implement logic controllers for automated machining processes- Handle materials effectively, ensuring proper handling and storage practices

Skills:- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment common in CNC machining- Experience with milling operations and assembly techniques- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately- Proficient in CAD software for programming CNC machines- Knowledge of tooling procedures for CNC turning operations- Welding skills for component assembly- Familiarity with logic controllers for automated processes- Competence in materials handling practices- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations related to machining processes
