The Corporate Tax Manager will be responsible for managing all Direct Tax related activities for the EU entities of this international business. This role will require hands on tax experience, strategic thinking, excellent time management skill, and a deep understanding of the tax regulations.

Description

• Manage all tax-related activities within the company.
• Develop tax strategies and policies that help the company maintain compliance with local and national tax laws.
• Oversee and streamline the company's tax processes and systems.
• Work with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
• Lead tax planning activities to optimize the company's tax position.
• Provide tax support to other departments within the company.
• Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and ensure the company is in compliance.

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

• ACA / CTA / ACCA or ATT qualified
• Proven experience in a tax manager or tax specialist role
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and laws.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer
