Salary £35000

We are looking for a trainer to cover face to face training and observations across our branches and also deliver training.

Responsibilities of a Trainer include:

* Delivering mandatory induction training for new care employees that comply with the care certificate standards.

* Delivering additional courses to support complex care packages

* Delivering mandatory refresher training to existing employees

* Ensuring all statutory and legislative requirements are met

* Updating matrix's and internal communication systems

Requirements of a Trainer:

* PTLLS / AET or similar qualification with relevant training certificates for the role required

* Training and delivery experience within the Health and Social Care Sector

* Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

* IT or computer skills

Must be highly motivated, confident and passionate whilst delivering care training and have a flexible approach to working.

Applicants must also hold a valid UK Driving License, with access to their own vehicles.
