Quantity Surveyor - Barking - Social Housing

I am currently representing an award-winning Social Housing contractor who is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Barking. They specialise in External and Structural works specialist, Kitchen and bathroom replacements, Window and Door replacements, Mechanical and Electrical works and more.

The Position

Reporting directly into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for cash management, by minimising cost and maximising value through proactive analysis and facilitation of works package and the building process to maximise the profitability of the business. Contain, control and accurately report past costs and future financial projections.

Desirable Experience:

* 3+ Years Experience

* Quantity Surveying Qualification or similar

* Social housing Experience - preferably external works

* Ambitious and hard working

* Good communication skills across various people
