The Role:

We are looking for an experienced ACCA Qualified Accountant to play a key role in our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing monthly management accounts, delivering accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is fully office-based, giving you the chance to work closely with other departments and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including statutory accounts
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Providing financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making
• Working with senior management to improve processes and financial controls

About You:

You are a proactive, ACCA-qualified accountant with solid experience in both management accounts and financial reporting. You are comfortable working in a fully office-based environment and are eager to bring your expertise to a forward-thinking company.

Requirements:

• ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in management accounts and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
