We Are Refyne are exclusively partnered with a luxury fragrance distributor based in the Midlands, who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their thriving and expanding business.

You will oversee full financial operations, ensuring efficient cost management, strategic financial planning, and compliance with accounting standards.

Main Duties:

* Working closely with the CEO to develop and oversee annual budgets and forecasts.

* Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements to present to the CEO.

* Analyse financial performance and provide insights to the CEO.

* Manage and overseeing the accurate and timely payment of employee wages.

* Monitor key performance indicators such as production costs, overheads and inventory turnover.

* Track and control production costs, material expenses, and labour overheads.

* Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance with government regulations.

* Conducting regular audits.

* Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

* Oversee working capital, including accounts payable/receivable and inventory financing.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement for the business.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management with Finance and CIPD/ACCA Qualified.
