Infrastructure Technician – Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role – with 2/3 days WFH each week.

You will play a part and lead projects within the Infrastructure Team in their objectives of assisting the Information Systems function to develop, deliver and maintain business application systems that provide real benefits to the business areas throughout the company. You will also operate such systems on a modern, reliable, and cost-effective information technology infrastructure.

Infrastructure Technician – Key Skills:

• A good knowledge of all Microsoft products, both server and desktop.
• Experience in implementation and support of Virtualised server infrastructure and technologies including SAN technology for storage
• Experience and use of Dell and EMC SAN and Server products
• Experience managed / configuring Citrix Environments
• Network and comms experience (IP, Routing, VLANs etc)
• Implementation and management of DR solutions including replication
• Knowledge Cisco Phone systems
• Knowledge of Firewalls, IPS and Cisco routers
• Ideally Exposure to IS27001 standards
• Basic SQL Skills
