Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
Shift: Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00)
Training provided on rotating day shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
 
About the Role:
 
We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Line Leader to join a fast-growing food manufacturing business based in Norwich. This company produces a range of ambient condiments and operates within a well-established and thriving segment of the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production line operations to ensure efficiency and achievement of targets
Supervise and support a team of operatives, fostering teamwork and performance
Monitor and maintain product quality in line with company standards
Carry out effective line changeovers with minimal disruption
Maintain health and safety compliance throughout the production area
Assist with stock control and report any issues promptly
Identify and report equipment maintenance needs
Collaborate with other departments to enhance productivity and process improvement
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar supervisory or line leader role (food manufacturing preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Willingness to work night shifts and attend training on day shifts
A proactive and solution-focused approach to work
