This role is essential to our operations and involves a significant amount of repetitive work, including jig-based welding. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of producing high-quality welds consistently.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components with precision and efficiency.
• Work primarily with jig-based welding setups to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
• Maintain high standards of weld quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure they meet company specifications.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and care of welding equipment.

Core Hours:

• 39.5 hours per week.
• Flexibility to cover up to 45 hours per week during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MIG welder, particularly with steel welding.
• Ability to work with jig-based welding setups.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
