Salary: £30,000-£32,000

40 hours per week

Working alongside the Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our their nursery, providing top-notch care and education for their little ones, and nurturing the professional growth of staff. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Level 3 in Early Years or above qualification that sets you apart from the crowd.
  • Solid experience gracefully leading and supervising in a nursery setting, proving that you are ready to take on this exciting challenge.
  • A rock-solid dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion, matched with fantastic communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • A profound understanding of the legislation and statutory requirements that underpin early years education and childcare.
