Role: Senior Occupational Health Advisor
Salary: £52k
Location: Oxfordshire
Hours: Full time (or part time 3+ days)

Amber Mace are working with a fantastic OH Provider looking for an onsite OH Advisor to cover the Oxfordshire area. The successful candidate will be experienced, and comfortable with taking charge and working autonomously. They are a friendly, honest and approachable company, where the work-life balance is valued. You will be doing a maximum of 6 cases a day, however most usually it will be less, with a variety of work during the day.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a mix of case management, health surveillance, and pre-placement assessments.
- Collaborate with health & safety and HR teams to support workplace health.
- Work autonomously and effectively within an experienced OH team.
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice while balancing workloads effectively.

Requirements:
- You must have an OH Qualification (Certificate/Diploma/Postgraduate - part 3 not essential)
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally, experience in health surveillance as well as case management (though training in health surveillance can be provided).
