Are you an HR Business Partner looking to come away from Employee Relations and into more of a change role?
We are supporting an Essex based local authority in their search for someone to do just that.
You will join an established team as a floating HRBP who will support with change/transformation and organisational design.
To be considered you need to:
Come from a public sector background (not necessarily local government)
Have experience in working on large scale change projects
Have experience working on job analysis (ideally job evaluation experience)
The role offers hybrid working with the requirement to be on site 2 days a week
