Manpower are currently recruiting for a Mechanic in North Killingholme.

Your role

You will inspect service and MOT the terminal van and car fleet.
You will be required to undertake any repairs required to company owned vehicles and occasional minor repairs to the hired van fleet.
Use of internal and external bespoke IT programs to log repairs and order required parts as and when required.
Your profile

It is important that you have a good work ethic
You ideally will be a time served apprentice with a minimum NVQ level 3 in vehicle mechanics or equivalent.
You will have previous experience of light commercial vehicle repair techniques and MOT preparation, including servicing and repairs.
It is essential you have a pro-active approach towards problem solving, workload and time management with good knowledge of Health and Safety
You will have experience in using the latest diagnostic tools used for cars and vans.
You will hold a full clean driving licence
You will have good interpersonal and communication skills as well as proficiency with bespoke and Microsoft systems
You must be a self-motivated individual
Good time-keeping is essential
Ability to prioritise workload whilst working to tight timescales in accordance with company policies
You must be able to work within a team.
A flexible approach to work is necessary as you will be expected to cover when required
