Requirements:

At least a bachelor's degree in maths, or a related subject.
Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts.
A clear, confident communication style.
Natural ability to build strong bonds with students.
Dedication to the education of young people.
Drive to improve grades and progression levels.
Previous experience of working with students is beneficial but not mandatory. 
The Role
As a Maths Academic Coach, you will support teaching staff in planning and delivering engaging GCSE Maths lessons, in addition to assessing classwork, and providing clear feedback. You will provide students with 1-2-1 and small group support that is adapted to suit their individual needs and will partake in activities with the wider school community to create a positive learning environment.
