Our client is a leader in Ethical Investments, and they are looking for a motivated Administrator to join their Advisor Support team. The role is hybrid working 2 days in office and 3 at home once you have passed your probation period. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to a dedicated team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Process new business applications and manage client information.
- Assist in writing basic reports and maintaining documentation.
- Perform general office duties.
- Act as a liaison between clients, product providers, and the advisory team.
What We’re Looking For: - Experience in financial services administration.
- Familiarity with XPLAN (or similar financial software).
- A working knowledge of WRAP platforms is a plus.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to work towards a Diploma in Financial Planning.
