Position: Residential and/or Commercial Conveyancer
Location: Bristol (Hybrid working option available)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience, plus performance-related bonus)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Conveyancer (Level 6 and upwards) to join our dynamic team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with experience in either residential conveyancing, commercial property, or both, looking for a role offering flexible working, including both full-time and part-time options. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from start to finish, handling up to 50 files and ensuring efficient, digital management of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, handling around 50 files at various stages.
• Deal with transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leases, and more.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring excellent service and strong client relationships.
• Manage a small team of 2 staff, ensuring smooth and efficient case progression.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage time and priorities to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Conveyancer (Level 6 or higher), such as a licensed conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive.
• Significant experience in either residential or commercial conveyancing, or both.
• Proven ability to handle a full caseload of files from start to finish.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Arrangement:

• Flexible working options available (part-time, full-time, or 4-5 days in the office).
• Competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
