Be part of the Force's expanding Finance team

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team player to join our Payroll and Pensions Team within the Finance Department of the Police Force. This is a newly created role supporting the Pensions & Payroll Manager and the post holder will be part of a team providing an excellent payroll service.

Main Purpose of Role

You will be responsible for interpretating current pensions legislation, providing guidance and completing returns to external and government bodies to a high standard and ensuring they are carried out accurately and on time.

It is an exciting time to join the payroll team as the Force is undertaking a large review following the McCloud ruling. The postholder will be pivotal in supporting this process, through collating and checking of data for completeness, and liaising with our third party provider.
