Position: SEND Teaching Assistant

Type: Full-Time
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with varying needs. You will work closely with class teachers to create an inclusive environment that fosters the academic and social growth of all pupils. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting students with individual learning plans
Providing support during lessons and activities
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to monitor progress
Supporting students with personal and emotional needs

What We Are Looking For:

Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND
A positive attitude and a strong commitment to supporting all learners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or training in SEND would be advantageous
