As the Shopper Marketing Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategic shopper marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and drive sales across UK & Irish markets. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the shopper experience while increasing awareness of healthier and more nutritious options at the point of purchase, both in-store and online.

Key responsibilities:

Create and implement innovative retail media and shopper marketing strategies.
Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, in-store, promotions, and events.
Manage relationships with key retail partners and media agencies.
Use data to measure campaign success and refine strategies for better ROI.
Allocate resources efficiently to maximise impact and control costs.
Mentor and manage a direct report, fostering a high-performance culture.
Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek new ways to engage shoppers.

About You:

Proven experience in retail/shopper marketing.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Experience in budget management and team leadership.
Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.
