Salary: £32,000 plus overtime opportunities
Hours: Full-time with shared on-call duties

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations and service delivery within a small residential setting for children and young people.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Manage staff performance and training.
Effectively lead a team and deputise in the absence of the registered manager.
Contribute to strategic planning.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding.Skills & Qualifications:

Senior support worker, team leader or deputy manager experience within an OFSTED registered setting.
Strong team leading experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
NVQ level 3 in children and young people's service.
