Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. This role involves supporting the Leveraged Finance and Capital Markets practice areas in London and Europe. You will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and the global business development team to execute the firm's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily business development operations for leveraged finance and capital markets.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch presentations, and respond to RFPs.
• Coordinate client targeting efforts and maintain client data.
• Organize and participate in client development events.
• Identify and manage speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
• Maintain internal communications on market intelligence.
• Oversee directory submissions and collaborate on award submissions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in a similar role within a law firm or professional services.
• Strong interest in Leveraged Finance and Private Capital.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with databases like PitchBook and Capital IQ.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
