Your Role:

Report to and support the Head of Engineering, contributing to project delivery and team success.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing expertise and building team capabilities.
Design and develop components using CAD systems (Creo preferred, but other tools considered).
Lead and manage projects related to damper technology and mechanical systems.
What You'll Bring:

3+ years of experience in a relevant field such as suspension, gearbox internals, hydraulic systems, or clutch systems.
Strong CAD skills (Creo preferred) and a solid mechanical engineering background.
A proactive, team-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in a collaborative, small-team environment.
