9 am - 5 pm/8 am - 4 pm

£13.70 per hour - £26,728

Based in Binley, Coventry

Our friendly corporate client in Binley is seeking an articulate, capable individual to join their busy team. You will be assisting their department with a variety of interesting admin tasks to include the following:

Job Spec

•Extracting data and preparation of monthly KPI reports

•Helping to design and prepare internal training content

•Preparation of engaging video content, internal communications and awareness campaigns

•Raising orders with suppliers

•Administration of real-time energy and equipment performance monitoring systems

Person Spec

•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - including Excel to a good standard

•Knowledge of Power BI - or any data coding architecture experience

•Must be educated to graduate level

•Good numerical skills

•A keen eye for detail

•Experience of video editing and creation of engaging communication campaigns

•Enjoy working with large datasets and KPI's

•You must have a creative eye and interested in continuous improvement

•An interest in digital Technology/AI

•Excellent communication skills

•Flexibility and willingness to learn
