Business Development Manager - Interactive 3D Presentations

(Remote Working) - Targeting London in particular

Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented new sales and growth manager to join our team, with a focus on driving the company's growth and seeking new sales of our core services: image, motion, and interactive 3D solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base, and leveraging our skills and potential to find new business.

We want to target key industry sectors to boost market share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, cultivating business relationships, and demonstrating exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, re-engaging lapsed clients, and developing and executing effective, targeted sales strategies to drive growth.

Main Activities

? Develop and implement both strategic and tactical sales plans to drive business growth.

? Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives.

? Create and execute compelling sales propositions that resonate with customers.

? Foster and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

? Design and launch innovative sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture new market opportunities.

? Provide regular, detailed reports on sales activities and performance.

? Communicate key insights to company stakeholders.

? Leverage our potential and identify new revenue streams.

? Align our abilities with customers' requirements.

? Develop efficient processes for initially handling any new inquiries as a result of your activities and seamlessly transfer new customers and leads to the Account Management team at the right time.

? Collaborate with the Account Director and other Business Development Managers to support growth and customer retention.

? Ensure clear, consistent communication with customers and internal teams,

? Align sales strategies across the business. Support and maintain uniform messaging internally and externally to reinforce the company’s objectives

? Responsible for obtaining profitable results through new sales.

? Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.

? Advising senior management on maximising business relationships.

? Produce a quarterly sales forecast.

? Develop a business sales plan.

? Liaise with the Senior Management to assist in the development of the annual and tactical marketing plan, to generate interest and enquiries in specific products and services. Support the content creators in the creation and posting of said content.

? Help ensure that all sales representatives, BDMs, and AM’s activities are aligned with the objectives of the sales process.

? Develop targets and plan for growth.

Skills & Experience Experience in finding and generating new business sales.

The ability to motivate and enthuse the team. Create strong work relationships with the studio and help drive enthusiasm. Enable individuals to grow and develop their skills which in turn will support the success of full candidates.

Experience within a client/agency environment is preferred An interest in 3d related tech and its commercial applications In addition, you will demonstrate:
