Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the technical aspects of boutique Cat B fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and manage engineering and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the company. Requirements:

Engineering degree (essential).
Proven experience in managing boutique Cat B fit-out projects.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
