This role invites individuals to play a crucial role in contributing to the success of a diverse client portfolio, ranging from multinational organisations to entrepreneurs and family businesses.

The Role:As an Employment Tax Assistant Manager within the ETIP team, the selected candidate assumes a pivotal role in advising management teams on employment-based regulations across various sectors. Responsibilities include:

- Providing expert guidance on employment taxes and ensuring social security compliance- Serving as the primary client contact, overseeing financial aspects with diligence- Offering strategic counsel on international employment tax, facilitating seamless global coordination- Advising on UK legislation related to staff payment, benefits, and off-payroll workers- Efficiently managing HMRC enquiries and disclosures- Conducting comprehensive training sessions, both informal and formal, for junior team members

Requirements:- Desirable qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT- Previous hands-on experience in employment taxes, gained either in-house or within a consultancy practice- Demonstrated expertise in International Tax and Global Mobility- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of effective team collaboration
