Job Title: Tutor

Salary:

£25 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:

Deliver engaging and informative tutoring sessions to students
Develop tailored lesson plans based on student's needs and curriculum requirements
Provide constructive feedback to students to aid in their academic progress
Monitor and assess student's progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

A relevant degree in Education or related field

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Experience:

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching roles

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong subject knowledge in the area of tutoring
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
Patience and understanding towards students of all abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field

Working Conditions:

The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The tutor will be required to travel to different locations within Oxfordshire to deliver tutoring sessions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
