Salary: Starting at £25,982 (Level 3 qualified) with potential to earn up to £28,(Apply online only) based on progression within the career framework.

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery team, offering a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for young children. As part of a supportive and dynamic school community in West Berkshire, you'll be instrumental in delivering a high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Our nursery has been recognized as Outstanding in all aspects of our Ofsted inspection (April 2024), and we are excited to invite a motivated practitioner to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education for young children, from babies to pre-school age.
Encourage individual development in a nurturing and family-orientated environment.
Deliver a diverse and stimulating curriculum both indoors and outdoors, with access to the wider school facilities.
Support the emotional, social, and educational development of each child, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals.

Working Hours:
Our typical hours are from 07:15 to 18:30, based on a 4-day working week. We can offer flexibility in working hours for the right candidate.

Who We Are Looking For:
You should have a Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification and a passion for providing exceptional care to young children. You'll be dedicated to supporting each child's individual development while contributing to a friendly, collaborative team atmosphere.
