Description

The key responsibilities of anCredit Controllerwill include, but may not be limited to;

• Managing customer debt recovery
• Issuing invoices and credit notes
• Resolving payment discrepancies
• Updating and maintaining customer records
• Conducting credit checks on potential customers
• Reporting on debt status to senior management
• Collaborating with the sales team to establish credit terms
• Complying with all relevant financial regulations and standards

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Public Sector and Government background
• A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance
• Proficiency in using financial software
• Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
