AJ Chambers are partnered with a Top 15 Firm in Central London who are seeking a qualified Audit Manager with a professional services background to lead our Not-for-Profit client portfolio. You'll manage client relationships, optimize fee income, and oversee resources and workflow.

Role

• Plan, supervise, and review audit and account work, ensuring efficiency and quality. Manage client meetings, prepare budgets, and oversee audits.
• Lead and develop audit staff, conduct appraisals, and handle day-to-day team issues.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, target new clients, and engage in networking and presentations.
• Allocate staff to assignments, set budgets, recommend fees, and address technical issues.

Requirement

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong audit, tax, and corporate experience, with proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
• Proven leadership, client focus, and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to offer practical business solutions.
