Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospitality Manager to join their team and create a welcoming and home-from-home environment for residents.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar hospitality role, whether in a care home, hotel, or other hospitality setting.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including health and safety and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills to engage with residents, families, and staff.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills to ensure the smooth running of the hospitality department.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality department within the care home, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered to residents.
  • Train, supervise and motivate the hospitality team to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with residents and their families.
  • Ensure that all relevant laws, regulations and policies, such as employment and health and safety legislation, are adhered to within the hospitality department.
  • Engage with residents and their families on a regular basis to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and make appropriate adjustments to the hospitality services.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments, external partners, and suppliers to coordinate and deliver hospitality services that meet the diverse needs of the residents.
