What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar hospitality role, whether in a care home, hotel, or other hospitality setting.
- Deep knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including health and safety and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills to engage with residents, families, and staff.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills to ensure the smooth running of the hospitality department.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality department within the care home, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered to residents.
- Train, supervise and motivate the hospitality team to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Ensure that all relevant laws, regulations and policies, such as employment and health and safety legislation, are adhered to within the hospitality department.
- Engage with residents and their families on a regular basis to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and make appropriate adjustments to the hospitality services.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments, external partners, and suppliers to coordinate and deliver hospitality services that meet the diverse needs of the residents.
