The Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
✔ Optimise and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
✔ Ensure regulatory compliance in a highly controlled manufacturing environment.
✔ Implement automation and lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
✔ Work cross-functionally with design, production, and quality teams to resolve production challenges.
✔ Lead troubleshooting efforts to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
✔ Support capital investment projects, introducing new equipment and cutting-edge technology.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace).
✅ Strong knowledge of process optimisation, lean manufacturing, and automation.
✅ A problem-solving mindset with a keen focus on compliance and quality.
✅ Ability to work effectively within a large engineering team.
✅ A relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree).
