Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Support the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.

* Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information responsibly.

* Assist with onboarding new employees.

* Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

* Organise training sessions and seminars.

* Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., PeopleSoft).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
