#### What You'll Do:
- **Stock Control:** Keep our stock records spot-on using our computerised system. If something's off, you'll figure it out and fix it.
- **Inventory Management:** Do regular stock checks, help with inventory reports, and make sure everything adds up.
- **Admin Support:** Handle data entry, filing, and other paperwork to keep things running smoothly.
- **Communication:** Answer calls and emails with a friendly and professional attitude, helping out suppliers, customers, and our team.
- **Coordination:** Work closely with our warehouse team to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
- **Customer Service:** Help with customer enquiries and order processing to keep our customers happy.
- **Task Management:** Juggle multiple tasks and prioritise to get everything done on time.

#### What We're Looking For:
- **Experience:** You've done admin work before, ideally in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- **Skills:** Great at staying organized, paying attention to detail, and using computerised stock systems. You're also comfy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Communication:** You've got strong verbal and written skills and are super friendly on the phone.
- **Attitude:** Positive, proactive, and able to work well on your own and with a team.
- **Problem-Solving:** Quick thinker who can tackle issues as they come up.
