The contract includes programme management, design, delivery and technical support across East Anglia.You will be:Project Managing the FEED (Front-End Engineering Design)process The primary goals of a FEED study:Produce all technical documentsConfirm project specificationsClarify the scope of the projectThis "due diligence" works through the details of the project.Working the most effective scope's and going through the Stage Gate Process Pre, A, B and CManaging designers, Civil and ElectricalEstimatorsQS's Managing procurementManaging Document Controller(s)Managing risksNeed to be OK at MS office products, the have a P6 plan but that is managed by the plannersThe client, Delivery Director,Operations ManagerQS, Estimator, Planner, Document ControlYou will have:The must understand the FEED process and the risks of not going through the stages. Someone who hasn't got the knowledge of FEED isn't rightNeed to be a Project Manager with commercial knowledge.Worked on projects of £10 million on an EPC basisNeed to have a knowledge of FEED work in a DNO or National Grid Transmission environment or other supplier to the DNOIdeally Chartered Ideally Electrical or Civils (the process is more important than their qualifications)Minimum is a HNC/D or equivalent in a building or M&E environment or 10 years post Apprentice work experienceFull UK Driving License
